Ohashi Takumi
Associate Professor, Department of Transdisciplinary Science and Engineering, School of Environment and Society, Institute of Science Tokyo. Ph.D. in Engineering, M.S. in Management of Technology. Specializes in transition design and human-centered design. Pursues interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research across diverse fields—including livestock production, disaster preparedness, and care—toward the realization of a sustainable society. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, works on solving challenges in each field and codifying the transition processes toward sustainable practices. Visiting Assistant Professor, Stanford University CDR (2019–2020). Honorary Mentor, Beijing Normal University, China (2024). Affiliated Researcher, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand (2024).
